Good afternoon,

I've been following this issue, and trying to find a solution. 
Upon logging into the game, I get the above error message. When trying to correct the character, I get a timed out error on my browser. Have tried the same with Chrome and Firefox, with the same results. 

I CAN access the profile when using Opera's built in VPN. And have since unstuck all characters, and even changed my password, But I am still getting the same error. Oddly, it doesnt matter if I get the password wrong, it still says the same thing. 
Any ideas? The game is up to date on the launcher and has been cleaned with game files checked.

Change your login entry point and access the proxy server in the list of worlds.

This was fixed, but not by that! My internet service provider had updated and blocked access to the site. 
Once it was unblocked, worked first time. 
Might be worth for just in case someone else has a similar issue
