Make sure that you've done everything correctly for the client connection:

1.    Register your account https://cp.epicwow.com/auth/signup .
2.    Add the folder, where you’ll download client to antivirus and firewall exceptions .Sometimes you’ll need to turn over antivirus and firewall.
3.    Load the client torrent file for the game WOW Legion http://torrentu.biz/details.php?id=26 ( make sure you've downloaded the right client) , start world_of_warcraft_beta.torrent (you must have the installed torrent program). Another game client aren’t suitable for the game WOW Legion, that’s why you need to download the client completely and in an empty folder.
4.    Remove a torrent of distributions from torrent or transfer the game to another folder. Don't throw your game folder to the desktop, there’d only be a shortcut. If you moved the game folder to another location, then repeat step 2.
5.    Open the right-click properties of the game folder and uncheck the attribute "read only", apply to all folders and files inside.
6.    The access to the folder with the game must be allowed to you (check it in the folder properties).  For full access permission open the properties folder with right click, go to the tab "Access", click "sharing", select or add the user, give him full access, then go to the "Security" tab, click "Edit" for the group "Authenticated users" to select all items in the column "Allow", save and close.
7.    Run WowB.exe with administrator rights.
